The pose and shading are pretty good. If you want to improve your shadows, think about warm vs cool.

I'll admit, I wished I could fix that mustache a bit so it'll look like it's actually on his mouth rather then it's facing toward the viewer.

I think you did a wonderful job exaggerating the character's features and shapes. The heels, her expression, and little details like the earrings, look great. I also like how you brought warm purples into the design.
